Lots of work and competing priorities between training, partner and marketing events, customer issues, on top of actually doing your day job. Expected to learn fast and keep up. New leadership holds people accountable for things like weekly PG plans and pipeline targets which can be a culture shock for some. Definitely high stress at times.
