Super kind people, I felt like they cared about employees. Very accepting environment which I think is so important, especially since they hire a lot of younger people. They try to have a lot of employee appreciation events and such which is great. Coworkers are fun and visitors for the most part are great! Never had issues requesting time off. Also perks with free admission to a lot of other things around the southeast is amazing!

You can get bored depending on your job. Most functions are repetitive. Feet can hurt a lot but I got better shoes and had no issues after that. Biggest thing is I wish they scheduled further out than they do. It can be difficult for a work life balance when you don't know if you'll be scheduled until that week, so if you have a lot of last minute obligations, it is not a good match.
