Verbally abusive and unreasonable - Recensione dipendente - Freelancer presso Ruby Media Group

This review is written by someone who claims they were a former "freelancer" at our company in White Plains, NY yet we have had no freelancers over the past year at our office in person because of the pandemic. This is a fraudulent review written by someone who has not actually worked with our company over the past year as we have not had in person client meetings and every meeting has been held on Zoom. There is no way for anyone to say we would "complain about clients in front of clients" being that we haven't met in person with clients due to the global pandemic. Our records show that we have not had any freelancer over the past 12 months in person (or virtual). This is either an outright fraudulent review or written by someone who worked with us years ago? The only way to tell is to subpoena the author of the post as this is outright defamatory, so that is what we will be doing unless the poster of this wants to leave their full name and dates they worked with our company.
