      Fast Paced, but that is not a true con. The company is growing rapidly , and processes change as they are fine tuned. Only a Con if you are not able to deal with the rapid growth into larger markets and opportunities.

      Benefits are typical Depending on your manager (accounting) was super great! and Learned a lot Salary was reasonable but you definitely have a lot in your plate

      Not diverse so you feel left out, and they do not care to make you feel that way some collogues ... PTO is super average VERY micromanaging
