5yThank you for your feedback, we are 100% invested in our people, their health and well-being, and their ongoing development. The Pros you listed are just a very small part of that work. Support through induction and beyond is a bigger part so it’s disappointing to hear you did not have as positive an experience. We’d like to specifically address your perception of blame-culture at Rufus. Multi-discipline teams collaborating together is a strength of Rufus’ and constructive communication is important within that. There are many support channels available to any employee experiencing any communication that is less than constructive – including a confidential communication channel where issues raised are actively resolved. We acknowledge that, like many agencies in our industry, Rufus needs to improve its diversity. We have worked with Creative Equals and already have a diversity plan in action.
Finally, Rufus Leonard are located within the beautiful and historic Drill Hall in Farringdon. Like any business making an important historic building in the centre of London home, we invest significantly to ensure the building is maintained to a high standard – through our regular comms about the standard of cleaning and improvements you will be aware of this already.
