• Management: The management at RUGS USA is severely lacking in professionalism and competence. My personal experience with my manager was the worst I've encountered in my career. They were unhelpful and did not provide essential data or access to necessary information.
• Decision-Making: The company consistently disregarded my recommendations and insisted on their own ineffective strategies, which significantly impacted productivity and morale.
• Communication: There was a clear lack of communication and transparency. I often felt misled and uncertain about the company's direction and goals.
• Professionalism: The behavior of management towards employees was unprofessional and disrespectful. They neglected to acknowledge or appreciate contributions, instead opting to ghost and leave employees hanging without clear feedback or project assignments.
