Every day is different and we're constantly working on new projects so you don't fall into the monotonous lull of doing the same thing day in and day out. There is a lot of room for individuals to grow and be challenged by new things. Things can move really quickly. Not all projects but some have pretty fast turnaround times based on client need. Process can change often as we learn of better ways to do things, but can be a little difficult to keep up with.
