I've never worked on a team where everyone cares so much about each other, and is willing to do so much to help each other. They've taken care of me through some really hard times in my life. They've helped me move, taught me to backcountry ski, gave me a place to stay, given me great advice in tough situations, and just generally been there for me through thick and thin. Without this company family in my life, the pandemic would have been such a lonely, terrible time.

Recruiting is a top challenge in the industry right now, so Rule4 is struggling to find good people who can fit into the consulting role. It's not for everyone, but for the folks truly passionate about technology and working with people, it's an awesome career and Rule4 is one of the best places to be. For someone who just wants a 9-5 job and is scared of failure or working with clients, this might not be the best place.
