      Pay and benefits are well below industry standard, especially PTO and sick leave. Raises and bonuses are minimal if at all. The current pay is just $6.40 above the Washington State minimum for salaried overtime exempt workers.

      During my time with my team, I was able to learn a lot of tricks as well as use the educational benefits to help with my learning and such. The team I worked with was one of the most communicative, organized, and really transparent about the timelines and happenings. They were extremely understanding as well as thorough with their work.
