      Many relationships in the field. Mostly operating in corporate video with Microsoft and Amazon. Seattle based, but works with remote personnel, too.

      Usual contracting company woes. For me, RUN is middle management, processing payroll and paperwork for a Microsoft contact. One of my managers was not knowledgeable and a typical bureaucrat who was a non-entity to my team. After a year, though, she was replaced with a very good manager with knowledge of the field. I'm as pleased with RUN as I have been with any contracting company in a 26 year career dealing with similar organizations.

      During my time with my team, I was able to learn a lot of tricks as well as use the educational benefits to help with my learning and such. The team I worked with was one of the most communicative, organized, and really transparent about the timelines and happenings. They were extremely understanding as well as thorough with their work.
