      I get the sense that they really are more invested in their culture and people than other studios I'm familiar with.

      Work is still (probably) contingent on the needs of large tech companies, and is therefore in danger of being negatively impacted by tech layoffs/reorgs.

      During my time with my team, I was able to learn a lot of tricks as well as use the educational benefits to help with my learning and such. The team I worked with was one of the most communicative, organized, and really transparent about the timelines and happenings. They were extremely understanding as well as thorough with their work.
