Great autonomy but lacks direction from leadership - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Runa

We’re passionate about having trust in our employees and giving them the ownership and autonomy to do their best work and continue to invest in our leadership and managers. As a high growth scale up we do often need to pivot, which means adapting to changing situations which can affect the direction at times. We are building our 2024 company objectives in line with the company strategy and will be working with each of the teams on how they can contribute, which in turn will provide a clear direction. In our Q3 engagement survey, 89% of people agreed that they know how their work contributes to the goals of Runa, but I would love to organise some time with you to find out how we can improve in your experience.
