Our team is passionate about the product we are building, and it makes it very easy to feel fulfilled by the work I am doing. There are many opportunities to expand in your role outside of what is explicitly written in the description, and most teams are willing to accept input/contribution from all perspectives. Also, we get paid to run/workout once a week, can't beat that!
