There are too little people working at the company

After working here, you definitely know what you don't want in life. You will learn to be resilient and patient in applying for your next job. You get to unlearn what you know and adsorb what is irrelevant to your skill set. In addition, you get to experience apathy at its finest form.

At the end of the day, you are just an agent selling properties in a saturated market to jaded retail investors. Mgmt lack the foresight and hindsight to drive and/or maintain its staff. The 'everything is gonna be alright' strategy fails to spur talented staff and it's terrible for morale. Its unique corporate structure of its unique managers is an inverse pyramid where 8 managers lead a team of 4. The company head often exaggerates his ability to steal market share and revolutionize the industry. Good valid suggestions falls on deaf ears while we pursue the same ideas that have been rinsed and repeated over the better decade of the company. Sometimes it feels like you are dealing with political environment that mimics ancient china's emperor and his concubine, and asking yourself if joining a MLM is a better pick to destruction.
