If your related or friends with management then you'll be fine. If you aren't totally independent by like day 3 then you are assign to be a cashier even if its not your title. Many young employees would openly vape in the store, they once did donuts on a customer's lawnmower. No consequences for poor work ethic and dangerous behavior, unless you are on the outside of main clique. Trained over 20 employees on front end and cashier just to watch them get promoted and I was still just a cashier. Then once I was promoted after doing the extra work for 6 months. But my title is purely decorative, I'm just a cashier who does everything with no reward
