People at ground level are really energetic and hardworking. The ones sitting in offices, not so much

Modus operandi at this company is a fiasco. There is no execution, only lots and lots of planning. I worked in operations in various cities and I am one of the worst cases of abuse that people face here. The people here want to compete with Uber despite having little to no funding. They keep on introducing new payouts and driver policies, which regularly cause maasive protests from disgruntled drivers. I was beaten up in various cities and I took it all because I actually believed that they had a vision and things would get better. When things got settled, they kicked me and many others like me, citing ridiculous excuses. The actual reason was the lack of funding here. They have ruined my career. My only solace is that this joke of a company will definitely fall one day and I would be there, smiling in the faces of those who doomed investors' capital along with themselves

- exposure to multiple aspects of business - you get a MacBook to work on

- no subject matter experts but still everybody feels they are the best in business - top management feels they know it all hence you should avoid giving ideas, if they r not convinced then it's the worst idea ever - work life balance is a word the company isn't aware of
