Great people and great location.

Shift in priorities of the company but that's just the nature of business really.

A fast growing company that is constantly evolving and pushing to deliver innovative new products. It’s great if you are suited to a fast paced environment and enjoying being a self-starter. Personally, I find it exciting to work here and have been give challenges and opportunities that have helped my career advance. The benefits are good and there is a good suite of perks to go along with them – socials, fruit, cereal, early finish when the weather is good and the office closes over Christmas and New Year. They change all the time and there are often new things being introduced. Work life balance is good and you only stay late if you want or really need to (which is not often).

It’s not perfect but then nowhere is. The fast growth brings a lot of change and sometimes that can be hard to keep up with, especially if you’re not used to it. There is a light touch to performance management so if you’re hungry for a lot of feedback you might find that frustrating but personally I like it.
