If you like having a say in how you work, and mastery is one of your drives, this is the place for it.

Salaries are below average for the current Barcelona market. You are expected to rise up to the challenges and try to solve things even if you don't have the skills. People will help you get there, but if you are waiting for someone to hold your hand and walk you through it, this is not the place for you.
