Lovely campus. Good budget for resources. Hardworking staff

Management are only interested in funding and maximising economies of scale. Students can have shocking attendance and are totally supported by SLT to the detriment of staff who are left to try and salvage results with no support.

- senior management expect things done, then provide instructions POST deadline - the strive for ofsted “outstanding” is driving teachers out the door - a constant introduction of new policy only to be over hauled shortly after. - Horrendously overpriced food on campus (closest shop is a 20 minute walk) - students can do no wrong, zero support with difficult students, no repercussions . - teachers responsibility to chase attendance despite having student services department - huge discrepancies between departments, some HODs supported staff when off - our HOD required us to phone in with illnesses and speak to them directly and justify why we needed time off. Often tried to convince us we were fine and should come in to avoid repercussions.
