5 months before I received job duties! - Recensione dipendente - Sales Consultant presso Rural King

I am constantly told I'm not performing my job duties, but no member of management could actually tell me what my job duties were. Management speaks to you in a very condescending manner. Management does not want fresh ideas or perspectives. All training has been self motivated, none is provided beyond running as a cashier. Schedule is sparatic, no set shift or days off. Only person in the store expected to get visa sign ups, when it's not even in my job duties no communication between managers.
