Hopefully, you were able to participate in our Employee Survey, Our Voice, in August of this year and were able to express your concerns through the survey. We take this feedback very seriously and through this feedback, we develop actionable plans to improve our culture and work environment for our employees. This includes development of our leaders and employees as a whole.
