      Work for the customer meaning hard to get jobs scheduled due to the fact company's run 12hrs Monday through Friday. So scheduling during the week is not possible sometimes.

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
