Employees are just cattle to these people Archaic and outdated flat rate pay system Management and warranty clerk use whatever excuse they can to use that flat rate system to dock your paycheck that you need to survive on but they don't seem to care Problems or questions that need to be addressed in private get called out in technician shop meetings and mocked Only time regional managers pretend to care is when you threaten to quit, but service manager mocks and spreads false rumors around about you behind your back when you leave Far too much behind the scenes corruption and shady business practices behind closed doors and corporate keeps their heads in the sand and stays oblivious to it all, nor do they care to investigate
