The company used to be amazing with values and ethics but has since changed to become just another corporation with a pretty brochure

-Company has ran off several good employees over the years. -Family friends are hired and promoted over long term employees -they have an on staff therapist that shares all of your secrets with management -they promote drinking throughout the day with their fully stocked bar. -no problem with short staffing projects -will promote inexperienced people -pay is not always equal or fair
