Everyone helps each other. The staff members are very approachable and friendly. This is a small firm with 12 people so you get a lot of face time with the CEO and president. It is obvious they care very much about the employees. I worked at another firm before this where the two top executives pushed everything down and disappeared. At Russo, the leaders were there with me when I needed help. They were active with all programs.

If you don't have sunject matter knowledge -- science -- it is a difficult environment. The expectation is that you must bring this subject matter experience to the table and then the leaders will train you. I experienced this and found it to be extremely helpful. I learned more about PR in a few months than I would have anywhere else in years.
