The company is owned by three partners, two of whom are decent enough people. However, the line "we avoid drama" that I got in my interview is most definitely not true. And it's all thanks to the third partner, who can be safely labeled as a bully, inappropriate in his comments (both spoken in front of other employees and clients and in writing), brutish in manners and so forth. The list could go on and on. Safe to say that you will be undermined in your tasks and blamed after for poor performance. Anything you might say can and will be used against you. You will be punished for taking time-off, specially if you are entitled to. You will get angry communications at a very random times, for no good reason. And it will not stop, therefore come at your own peril, both mental and physical as the strain of being bullied 24/7 ends up taking its toll.
