Communication is terrible and no one tells you anything ever.
Pay is absolutely nothing and the work they expect you to do sometimes is ridiculous.
Staff turnover is embarrassing, new people coming and going every week.
Only 10 days of annual leave you can choose from the rest are set company closures, didn't even mention that in my contract.
Rutledge think they're class even though I'd never send my worst enemy there for a job or a qualification.
Some people get on like they're teens in school with some of the drama that goes on and its so embarrassing.
Complete disaster of a workplace DO NOT RECOMMEND.
