Thank you so much for your eight years of service and your feedback! Leadership at Rx Systems is always interested in why employees move on to another opportunity. We are proud to offer 80 hours of PTO that is accrued within the employees first year of employment, available for illness as well as vacation time as it is accrued. PTO time increases with an employees length of service up to a maximum of 168 hours per year with some carryover capabilities. We also believe that our 10 point attendance policy is fair to our employees, but we will definitely take another look and compare to other manufacturing environments.
