Thank you for your comments. We are not sure what you mean by "inclusiveness and diversity." myRyan is designed to be implemented at the manager level. Not all groups and all people will be able to leverage the program as it is based on their role and their performance to date. It is not based on any other factors that affect "inclusiveness and diversity." Also, you mention it is "nice to work remote" as a positive, so it sounds as though you were able to utilize myRyan.
