      myRyan is a great flexiblity program. The incentive compensation package ensures you get paid for what you put in to a project. This can be pretty lucrative if you have good projects.

      It seems that that projects with high potential are not distributed equally. Some teams are "pigeon-holed" into a specific state/industry and don't get a chance to build their experience and gain access to great projects.
