Though every corporate companies have HR to take care if they encounter any of the problems, but here in Hyderabad they are super Manager friendly. So it is easy for the Management to play with you. Team Leaders control there team as they are their own kids. If you take breaks while working you are under observation. Million questions are asked if leave taken. Mangers puppy can get 3 days a vacation irrespective of work load. No matter how much hard you work, credit is always taken by higher management. On the name of professional Taxation, they make you work on PDF and Excel, a perfect DATA ENTRY JOB. There is no scope for learning . Company more looks like a Ford Mustang from outside but inside it is powered with MARUTHI 800 cc. Higher Management works very hard to hide all the cons from respective CEO and Directors.
