Not all practices are managed the way the rest of the company is. There are a lot of politics in the department I was in, no support, lots of favoritism, and I was overworked and underpaid tremendously. Management is never in the office and has all the flexibility Ryan boasts of having but expects their team to do all the work and have none of the flexibility, it’s a double-edged sword.
