Some offices have "unlimited" PTO, which in reality makes taking time off very stigmatized. I personally have a manager who never takes time off and there is a culture where you feel guilty taking time off. Pay is not great for the industry. The workload varies significantly based on your team and position. Some people work a lot less than others and it seems random based on what client, state or management you have.
