- Uniform free (have to buy shoes, watches and tights even thought they are picky) - No accommodation (no help either if you get Dublin as a base good luck) -The promise of 750 when you done your training you have to do 6 weeks without pay first. (even though they know Dublin is expensive). As for me i was lucky and went home but my friends are in Debt by 1,700 and more cause this job, you dont earn you lose money. - HR rubbish in reply to emails not saying any name's I've sent 3 emails and still have no reply within a week and a half. -No communication (I left Ryanair a month now, and still getting calls i should be on this flight, also my friends, last employer and reference's for the letters are still getting emails about me now saying, can you please email us back about these letters are they real (why would they need this information now I've left) wasting time. -Emails i left a month ago and still got an email about pay, which why when i don't work there anymore (need to be removed). -Training not saying any names but if you cant complete a task why are they passing - Contract isn't that good either hours (how are you meant to live on less than 100 hours a month in Ireland, have you guys at Ryanair done your research on how much it takes to live in Ireland (even though your main base is there i think your taking the mickey)
