      Ryder has employees that have been working for the company for over 15 years, 25 years and even 30 years. This is good news because that means that Ryder values their employees.

      The transportation/ logistics industry is not doing so hot as of right now. Because of this RYDER has to make several big decisions to either down size the company or let several hand full of employees go in order to stay afloat during the down times.

      Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

      Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
