      Not a tech forward environment. No respect for data or the conclusions that can be derived from data. Lots of legacy technology in the stack.

      Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

      Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
