Field organization is a nightmare Corporate has no idea or does not care to engage in what is really going on in the field. Company is based on selling a service the service is sub par at best Pricing is higher than competitiors management does not address this at all Compensation is based on profitablility of transactions which is nonexistent. No support in the field account manager is responsible for all aspects of the account-glorified customer service. Current head of sales leads by intimidation does not value the role of professional sales people
