-Good industry pay. Routes range between $1,500 - $2,500 a week. -Company gives out free t-shirts and winter gear (jackets, boots, etc.) -Truck speed is governed between 68mph-70mph.

Svantaggi

-Work week is about 60hrs. working third shift (11hr.-13hr.) -Trucks often contain trash from other slip seat drivers. -The truck lounge at the Twinsburg distribution center is small and cramped. - Drivers have to placard their own trailers.

You get to work on real supply chain problems that actually matter to operations, not just theoretical stuff. Remote flexibility is solid and the work-life balance is fair. The tech stack is modern (Snowflake, Azure, Power BI) and if you're someone who takes initiative, you'll get the chance to own things end-to-end. The people you work with day-to-day are genuinely good and most teams have a collaborative culture.

Svantaggi

Growth from senior level and beyond can be painfully slow even when you're clearly doing the work above your role. Leadership and org changes happen often which resets your visibility and momentum with whoever is advocating for you. Some areas still lack clear ownership so things fall through the cracks or land on whoever is willing to pick them up. Pay doesn't always reflect the scope of what you're actually doing.
