Outside of that don't like Ryder as a company care more about themselves then the driver

Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level.
Over-delegation with zero accountability.
Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
