You will be micromanaged to the nth degree.
Workload does not reflect an 8-hour day and they do not allow overtime. There will be many occasions where you're expected to work through your lunch hour.
This place lacks diversity and anyone that comes from a diverse background usually up and leaves pretty quickly (cough, cough).
I feel like no one is truly happy here in a sales-related role. You can go to a million other companies and find running water and someone who empties the trash everyday. This is just a job, if you are looking for a long and rewarding career, please continue to look elsewhere .
