The atmosphere is exciting, fast paced and every day is different. The compensation is good for the industry and good starting pay. The company does not require an employee to put in overtime and become overworked; there is a good work life balance.

More vacation or PTO time would be nice. Some days can be to busy and there is not enough time in the day to finish everything, but it is nice not to be required to work past 40 hours per week.
