I believe Rythmos DB puts in the effort to listen to employees regarding salary concerns, leaves, promotions, or management improvement. The work culture is encouraging, too. People are focused on their tasks and are unafraid of discussions or criticisms. Everyone understands how to deliver their assignments effectively. I am amicable with my coworkers and appreciate that they are also disciplined workers.
However, the management's effort is not enough to meet employee needs. Many have been long overdue for action or implementation, which can dissuade employees.

Not enough incentives or a salary increase. While benefits are standard and substantial (with HMO), implementation is slow. Not enough promotion opportunities as well, which may make employees feel undervalued.
