This is coming from my experience as a social media promoter. This is not a reflection of other roles and positions in the company. As a social media promoter, I find that the company struggles with organization for the social media promoters, which hampers our promotional efforts. They have provided us with multiple access links to their social media platforms, but these links often fail to work, and they leave us with accounts that lack followers and prior engagement. Our task is to generate this engagement while also meeting daily requirements, such as signing up at least two individuals for webinars and distributing twelve white papers and flyers, all without resorting to spamming. Recently, around ten social media promoters have quit, citing concerns that the company may be a scam, and while their reasons are valid, the disorganization likely contributes to their dissatisfaction and looks questionable. Some of these new social media promoters that were hired held 4-year marketing degrees or are currently studying the field, (like me); seeking relevant experience. Unfortunately, the chaotic start could have undermined their enthusiasm and reflects poorly on the company. Despite these challenges, I remain optimistic and willing to give the company a chance to improve in this area for the social media promoters.
