1. There is too much of work monitoring by the management which takes up substantial productive hours. A simple e-mail to a client is scrutinized by atleast four people including three partners of the firm. 2. One of the department head is known to give a tough time to co-workers, Associates and Interns without any valid reason. The management chooses to overlook such situations and doesn't understand that it is better to cut loose one employee than loose several. 3.The management doesn't believe in issuing Letter of Intent or Appointment Letter to employees. One of my colleague was working for more than six months without any aforementioned documents and was hesitant to quit as in the absence of such documents he/she would not be able prove his/her work experience to a future employer. 4. There is absence of a sound Human Resource department which can act as as bridge between dissatisfied employees and the employers. 5. The working hours are usually more than eleven hours.
