Extended amount of hours to work, but it is expected due to the fast growing rate of construction and client meeting schedules.

S&R goes to great lengths to make sure they win bids in the places employees want to work. S&R always has something going on somewhere, I've never seen someone let go because of a lack of work. Management is very people-oriented and upper management doesn't get weird if you need their help resolving something with lower level foremen or supers. The company is really good about taking chances on people who are trying to grow beyond their present capabilities.

The insurance is great if you only need coverage for yourself. Travel may be necessary. Pay raises are infrequent.
