Amazing product line, very open communication and leadership is very accessible.

Some growing pains due formalizing processes for the first time, but not significant.

Not many besides people trying to help each other on the team and management doesn't know what the left and right hand is doing. No transparent communication cross-department. No top to bottom communication from top management to bottom rung on the ladder.

Career Growth in engineering is awful. Not given equipment to do your job properly. The environment is toxic and led in the wrong direction. The location in Framingham will be axed at some point because they got bought by the parent company and office in NY.
