It’s a consulting company that provides resources to clients but unfortunately, it doesn’t operate like a proper software services firm. Instead, it feels more like a small trading shop with no real professionalism. Employees are treated poorly, with little respect for their skills or contributions. The company has very few clients and is almost entirely dependent on a single one. Management runs it like a family business, bringing in relatives while sidelining qualified engineers, who are treated more like assistants than professionals. The overall work environment is highly demotivating and the leadership shows no genuine concern for employee well-being. Work-life balance is completely disregarded. Worse still, the company has been known to misuse confidential client data to secure projects from other clients, which is a clear violation of supplier policies. Not recommended at all.

The dependence on a single large client could pose risks to long-term stability, as there appears to be little diversification in business sources. Leadership is centralized around the CEO, with family members placing significant influence over operations. This includes roles in HR and technical leadership, which can sometimes lead to inefficiencies and a lack of adherence to formal policies. The company's business model appears to rely heavily on hiring eager, skilled professionals from India, and using there experience to place his own family memebers For those considering joining, it's worth investigating how these factors might align with your career objectives.
