big boss - PURE SNAKE. Wants everyone to work hard but for years no one, us veterans too, was allowed to exercise stock. Hardworking people fired close to 1 year anniversary - stock vesting cliff is 1 year. Imagine a scenario: employee goes through big medical event and asks for few more days off on top of official leave, and they are told - o sure you can take UNPAID time off. He is a turd that thinks it's a flower. main guy owning vehicle and autonomy development - UNPROFESSIONAL BABBLING BABY. Kinda guy who yells at colleagues and berates them in front of everyone because he is in bad mood, who intimidates newcomers by making them feel they are not working fast enough, who has authority but no respect from people working under him. People wanna change their jobs just so they dont have to see him again lol When job market is not bad, I am sooo outta here. You should consider working for every other autonomous company before this one. BUT join this company if you wanna laugh at total buffoonery and evilness of management at lunch time. That gets me through days :)
