      Vantaggi

      SAFY does many things to show their appreciation for their employees. They have incentive pay, extra days off, etc. They offer a flexible schedule and good work environment. There are plenty of trainings and they pay for continuing education and offer supervision.

      The job is rewarding but some days are hard. Must be flexible and willing to be a team player.
