Over worked, under staffed, assembly line routine unchallenging work. The work has been dumbed down so much to keep up with demand of producers quickly wanted to get approved that there is no time to do an actual detailed review of documents and if you do not approve on time, even if producers are not cooperative, Management make you feel that you are not performing well.

The mission is meaningful and the benefits package is cool

Work-life balance is poor. The workload and expectations feel consistently high, and coverage isn’t reliable, when things get busy, support can be inconsistent. The biggest issue is fairness: there’s a noticeable pay gap even within the same team for comparable work, and it’s hard not to feel discouraged when people doing the same job are compensated very differently. It also doesn’t feel like a true team. Accountability is uneven, and when some employees disengage or avoid work, the same few people end up carrying the load to keep everything running. Leadership responsiveness can be inconsistent, and representation and inclusion efforts don’t always feel reflected in decision-making.
